Cosmetic procedures
The consultation at our clinic is personally conducted by Dr. Padma Jain, M.D and not with a patient-coordinator or staff. There is no charge for the consultation with Dr. Jain. The Art and Science of Reversing Age

Cosmetic dermatologic procedures are not covered under the Ontario Health Insurance Plan (OHIP). Patients are responsible to pay for these procedures. Fairview Clinic accepts major credit cards ( VISA or MC), debit cards, M.O., certified cheque and cash for payment. Financing may be available from the Medicard and Credit Medical. Information for financing is available at our clinic.

Fairview Laser Clinic is conveniently located at 801 York Mills Road,Suite 207, at Leslie Street, Toronto, ON M3B 1X7 (Click for Location Map). It is wheelchair accessible. There is ample free parking on the site and it is easily accessible by the TTC.
